Dear Sexual Wholeness Family and Friends:
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that as you celebrate this Thanksgiving, you experience afresh how long, high, and deep is Christ’s love for you. I pray God richly blesses you, and that you will be “rooted and established in His love.” (Eph. 3:17-19).
I thank God for each one of you and your participation with us in Sexual Wholeness - through ISW classes, ABCST membership and certification, and friendship. We have new students finding us through internet searches, recommendations from colleagues, and word of mouth. I’m also thankful for Dr. Gary Barnes’ leadership of the Institute for Sexual Wholeness and Angie Landry beginning as the Director of the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists.
Thank you for your continued support and encouragement this year. We have just completed our 2nd full year of conducting 2 or more Intro courses, all 3 intermediate courses, and 1-2 Advanced courses each year. Thank you for attending classes, seeking certification, serving in class, serving on the Board, serving as professors, contributing to the ministry, and a huge thank you to all of you who have prayed for us!

A Prayer From Dr. Gary Barnes, ISW Director:
O God, Eternal and Unchanging, we lift our hearts in gratitude, acknowledging You as the source of every good gift. You, who dwell in unapproachable light, have chosen to walk among us, to stoop low and meet us in our need. We give thanks for Your endless mercy, for You are the giver of life, the sustainer of all that is, and the One who calls us to Yourself.
Let thanksgiving be the rhythm of our days, shaping our words, our thoughts, and our deeds. May we live as those who are truly aware of the magnitude of Your grace, reflecting Your generosity in how we care for others, steward Your creation, and proclaim Your goodness.
We rest in Your mercy, O God, and offer our thanks with humble hearts. Shape us into people who embody the gratitude we profess, living always in the light of Your grace.
