Announcing our New ABCST Director: Angela Landry!
In 2021, our co-founder Dr. Debra Taylor returned to SWI leadership as the Director of ABCST. However, due to the tragic illness and passing of Dr. Rosenau in 2022, Dr. Taylor carried the roles and responsibilities of: ABCST Director, acting ISW Director, and acting SWI Executive Director.
In 2023, we welcomed Dr. Barnes as the ISW Director.
And now, in 2024, we are excited to announce our new ABCST Director: Angela Landry!
As the outgoing Director of the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists, I thank each of you for continuing with us and sharing the mission of “unveiling God’s truth about sexuality” to your clients, families, churches, and communities. Thank you for your encouragement and support these past 3 years. I am delighted that Angie is stepping into the role of Director of ABCST. I will continue as the Director of Sexual Wholeness, Inc. and look forward to continued partnership with you all.
Angie brings a wealth of training and experience to our leadership team. Please welcome Angie to her new position!

Angie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Nationally Certified Counselor, Certified Sex Therapist, Certified Complex Trauma Professional, Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and Equine Therapist. She is the co-founder and a supervisor at Restoration Counseling Center in Franklin, Tennessee, and has counseled a broad spectrum of individuals, families, couples, groups, and children. A graduate of Richmont Graduate University, Angie has taught at Dallas Theological Seminary, Richmont Graduate University, and Liberty University. She has presented workshops on sexuality and intimacy with Building Intimate Marriages and at the AACC World Conference.
Angie is also a Board Member of Sexual Wholeness and has been vital to the leadership SWI for the past two years.
