In this Course
Students will be trained to identify and diagnose sexual dysfunctions and how to use standard treatment protocols for addressing:.
Desire Disorders
Sexual Aversion/Sexual Anorexia
Female Sexual Dysfunctions: Arousal Disorders/PGAD, Orgasmic Disorder, Genito-pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder
Male Sexual Dysfunctions: Erectile Dysfunction, Ejaculatory Problems, Pain
Body Image
Atypical Sexuality
Sexual Addiction
In addition, students are introduced to the current perspectives and recent changes in the diagnostic considerations, treatment models, and risk assessments of sexual addiction/compulsivity, paraphilias, and paraphilic disorders.
