Welcome to the SWI Hub!
The ABCST Administration team has had one emphasis for the last year: you. You, our members. Our family.
A year ago, Director Debra Taylor envisioned a place where the SWI Community could gather to connect, grow, and learn together. While we still have a ways to go to fully realize that vision, we are proud to invite you into phase one: the SWI Hub.
Connect: Managing your Profile
Our first goal to facilitate the Hub was to allow the ABCST Community to gather.
The Hub is only accessible through your membership profile (the same profile that many of you have seen displayed in the Directory). This profile, and your login, is tied to the business email address you gave us when you became a member. If you forget your password, request a new one from the sign in page and it will be sent to the business email address. Once inside the Hub, members can review and edit their profiles from the “Profile” section.
Currently, members can edit their basic information and provide a profile description and social media links that will be displayed in the ABCST Member Directory. More services will be made available in future updates.
Members can also submit payments within their profiles. When it is time to renew your membership, handle it all here! If a member goes 45 days past their renewal date without renewing, their profile will become inactive and will no longer be displayed in the Directory.
Grow: Member Services
In the Hub you’ll find access to monthly articles, our Discussion Forum, dedicated resources for certification, our Consultant Directory, and several community boards. While all members can post announcements, posting events and jobs is reserved for Certified Members at this time. All member posts will be sent to the ABCST Administration Team for review before final posting. If there are any concerns, we will reach out to you directly for clarification. All posts should take no longer than 48 hours for approval.

Learn: EBSCO Search, Online Courses, and the Doug Rosenau Resource Library
SWI has been, and will continue to be, dedicated to the continued growth and development of our members. The ABCST Administration Team asks that you please excuse our dust as we finish construction on a streamlined EBSCO search, a revitalized online course catalogue, and our new resource library.
Existing EBSCO accounts will continue to work as we streamline the process; instructions for quick searches can be found in the Hub (you will not be required to sign into your account, just into our search catalogue).

At any point along this journey, please reach out to the new SWI Help Desk if you have questions or concerns. Our articles and knowledge base will grow as we get more settled; if you do not see any articles pertaining to your concern, open a ticket with us and we will address your needs.
