Are you a current/past ISW Student? Get instructions here.

If you had access to the Discussion Board on the old website, you will need to follow these instructions to retrieve your password and Log in to this new website. This will also give you access to the "Student Only" section of the website.

To gain your login information for this new website, please follow these instructions carefully. You might want to print them out so you can read them while you go.

1. Marvel at the new design.

We hope you like it. If you haven't taken the time, look around a bit. We are still working on some sections (i.e., Resources and how the bullets in these articles are messed up), but you can see the main point. This is YOUR website. Feel free to email us with feedback, content, and ideas for news updates.

2.  Log into your account

  • Click on the "Login" link in the upper right. Do NOT try to use the "Register" link if you have EVER had access to the Discussion Board as this will cause problems.
  • If you don't know your username, jump to "Retrieve your Username"

Obtain a new password

  • Click on "Forgot Password". In transferring over, the system put in a random password for you. You don't know what it is and I cannot retrieve it so we need to set up a new one you do know and will remember.
  • Enter the email address the Discussion Board has for you. This might have been the address you used during registration or one you provided it during an update of your profile. You might have to try several email addresses if you aren't sure. Try the address we use to email you. No harm in putting in the wrong email address and when you get it right it will tell you it sent you a token.
    • If you can't figure it out, email me with your Discussion Board User ID and I will try to locate it. With almost 1000 members, please do your best to figure it out first so I am not spending the next month searching out User ID's.  Thanks.
  • Watch your email for a token. It will be in an email from "Sexual Wholeness Website" (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ). Mine always shows up in my junk/spam folder.
    1. In this email you will see a Token - a 32 digit random string of numbers and letters.
    2. A link to click on - this is where you will enter the token to reset your password.
  • Click on the link then enter your Discussion Board Username and the token. If you don't know your username, you will need to retrieve it before retrieving your password (instructions below).
  • Enter a new password for your account.
  • Make a note of your username and password.

Retrieve your Username

  • If you don't remember your username, click on "Forgot your Username?" instead of "Forgot your Password?"
  • Watch your inbox and your junk/spam folder for an email from the "Sexual Wholeness Website" that lists your Username.

3.  Update your public information

  • Once you are logged in, click on "Settings" in the upper right corner.
  • Enter the information you want the general public to have about you after searching the "Find a Therapist" section. Enter all you want, or as little as you want. Remember, whatever you enter here is searchable by anyone (including spammers) online. The trade off is that you want ways for the public to locate you. (NOTE: While we invite everyone to update their information, only Associate and Clincial members are listed on the website.)

We will be making changes over the next few months, but this will get your information out there to the public.

I expect problems. Please email me for help, but be patient as I expect many of emails.

Thanks for your support.
